PURPOSE:To attain the common use of the data needed by each work station by managing collectively the control programs, character generator data, etc. to an external memory through a work station channel. CONSTITUTION:The control program used by work stations (WS) 4-1-4-3, and the data CG for character generator or the loading information of a dictionary, etc. are previously stored in a loading information store region 5 of an external memory 2. A work station channel (WSC) 3 controls the input/output of data to a designated WS with an input/output instruction given from a host processor 1. When a down-loading request is given from each WS, an identification information discriminating part 6 of the WSC3 decides the request by the indentification information ID. A loading processing part 7 reads the information decided at the part 6 cut of the memory 2 and transfer it to the corresponding WS. |
