<p>The process comprises formation of an aqueous dispersion of a mixture of calcium sulphate and protein. The granulometry is less than 50, attained in 20-40 minutes, at a temperature of 10-30 degrees C. Filtration, and extraction of the air mixed with the solution, is followed by refining to less than 10, with final refining in a ball mill to less than 2.</p> |
