PURPOSE:To reduce the power loss of an inverter device at switching time by accelerating the switching speed of a transistor in a self-control self-excited inverter device. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 20 is connected in series with an oscillation feedback transformer 4, and most of the vibrating current at the switching time is utilized as a reverse base current by setting the oscillation feedback control voltage VN in leading phase from the vibration voltage V1. When the voltage VN is inverted in polarity, reverse bias is applied to the transistor 10, and the stored charge at the base is discharged. The transistor 10 maintains ON until the stored charge is discharged. Then, the vibrating current is bypassed through the collector, base of the transistor 10, the oscillation feedback control winding 5a, the base and collector of the transistor 11 in phase that the vibration voltage V1 crosses zero, and an abrupt reverse base current is obtained at the transistor 10. |
