PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved dispersing and solubilizing power of essence, oil-soluble component, etc., high storage stability, and good feeling in use, obtained by using both polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castoroil having an average number of moles of ethylene oxide addition in a specific range and an anionic surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:A composition for oral cavity containing 0.1-3wt% polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castoroil having <=50mol average number of moles of ethylene oxide addition, preferably 20-40mol average number of moles of ethylene oxide addition based on the total amount of the composition, and 0.5-5wt% anionic surface active agent (e.g., water-soluble salt of higher alkyl sulfate having 8-18C alkyl group, water-soluble salt of alpha-olefinsulfonate). By the addition of the components, the compositon for oral cavity slightly causing liquid separation, being extruded well from a tube at low temperature, having good aftertaste, high speed of foaming, improved feeling in use, and improved dispersion of essence and an oil-soluble component is obtained. |
