发明名称 CONTINUOUS DISK WINDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To average radially directional arrangement of respective parallel conductors in the composite flat type wire of a continuous disk winding by a method wherein the adjoining conductors of three pieces out of the parallel conductors of four pieces are made as one group, and the positions in the radial direction of the conductors thereof and the remaining parallel conductor of one piece are replaced mutually at least at three places between the sections. CONSTITUTION:When the number of parallel conductors in a composite flat type wire is four pieces, and the number of turns per section is three times, the respective parallel conductors construct new transitions 13 only between the 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 sections of the whole length of the winding. At the transitions 13 thereof, the adjoining conductors of three pieces, the conductors b-d of three pieces when the transition is performed at the 1/4 section of the whole length of the winding, for example, out of the conductors a-d of four pieces in the composite flat type wire are transited at once, replacement of the positions in the radial direction between the conductors b-d of the three pieces thereof is not performed, and the transition between the section is formed as to perform replacement in the radial direction only between the conductors of three pieces thereof and the remaining conductor (a) of one piece. Thereupon, the positions to be occupied by the respective conductors in the composite flat type wire in the radial direction of continuous disk winding are equalized, and the transition can be attained completely. As a result, a compact transformer of low loss and having a small cooler, etc., can be obtained.
