摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage level converting circuit suitable for a driving circuit driving and controlling a large capacity load at a high speed and a multi- value level by using an R.S flip flop of a CMOS. CONSTITUTION:When a level L (0V) is supplied from an input terminal 27, an n-channel MOS23 is turned off, an n-channel MOS24 to which a level H (5V) inverted by an inverter 28 is supplied is turned on, a p-channel MOS21 is turned on, a p-channel MOS22 is turned off, and output terminals 29A, 29B are turned to about 10V (V1) and about 0V (V2) respectively. If a level H (5V) is supplied to the input terminal 27, the output terminals 29A, 29B are turned to about 0V (V2) and about 10V (V1) respectively to execute level conversion. Since a pair of MOS switching elements are used, power consumption is extremely small, an integrated circuit can be easily formed and the voltage levels are converted at a high efficiency.
