PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to collect a time card and to execute a data input work by a person in charge of personnel affairs, and to expand a range of the personnel management by using a data card by a magnetic card, etc., and collecting a management data of working hours of an employee, in one place by utilizing a telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:A data collecting station E and a host computer CPU are provided on the management center side of a time managing system, and this collecting station E is connected to the respective terminal equipments D1-Dn of the side of a place of business, etc. through a telephone circuit (l) and a telephone exchange EXC. These respective terminal equipments are constituted of a data input device DI, an automatic answering equipment AN, a storage device MEM and a timepiece device TM, and a data card M is used for the respective terminal equipments D1-Dn. In this way, a management data of working hours of an employee of each place of business is collected by the collecting station E of one place by utilizing the card M and the telephone circuit (l), and the collection and the data input work by a person in charge of personnel affairs become unnecessary. |
