PURPOSE:To obtain a positive branch flow by arranging a member for obstructing part of a flow at the time of branching in the direction of the axis of a control wing. CONSTITUTION:In the direction of the axis of a control wing 12 of a flow direction control device 1, flow blocking plates 20, 21 are provided at the end of the outlet of a linear attached wall 9. By these plates, a flow in the horizontal direction A3 is obstructed at this part, and as a result of this, such flows as shown by F1, F2, F3, F4 are formed so as to compensate induced flows of I1, I2, therefore, a positive branch flow can be obtained. |
