Flow meter comprising a cavity, an intake 37 leading to the cavity and an output 38 leaving the cavity and two rotors 39, 40 mounted inside the cavity between the intake 37 and the outlet 38, the speed of rotation of the rotors 39, 40 being practically proportional to the flow rate of a fluid passing through the instrument. The rotors 39, 40 are fitted with magnets 50, 52. Electrical inductors capable of detecting the magnets 50, 52 are disposed outside the cavity in order to monitor the rotation of the rotors 39, 40 without being mechanically connected thereto and to give a measurement of the flow rate of a fluid passing through the instrument. A member for adjusting the division ratio is included in the electrical circuit of the instrument in order to vary the calibration of the measurement depending on the flow rate passing through the instrument. <IMAGE>
