In addition, since the ballast 34 is supported by the first shell 18 and a terminal plate 43 fitted with a glow starter 46, etc. is supported by the ballast 34, all the wiring works of the lighting circuit can be performed around the terminal 44 of the terminal plate 43 and before the second shell 26 is fitted.
