In a teleaction system for monitoring the heating fittings of a coke oven battery, the shutting-off or change-over elements of which are connected to the transmission of a change-over device with the aid of chain or cable pulls, in which holding elements attached to the pulls monitor the changing-over of the heating fittings and form error signals which, preferably after overcoming a timing section, visually or acoustically trigger an alarm in monitoring circuits, the invention provides that an inclination switch attached to each pull is aligned with one or a number of chain links or a length of cable and interacts with an isolation switch, which is driven by the connecting member of the pull or of the shutting-off or change-over element.
