In a high-pressure cleaning device with a high-pressure pump, a nozzle head which can be closed if required at the end of the pressure line with a bypass line which leads from the pressure line to the intake line of the high-pressure pump and can be closed off as a function of the pressure of the liquid by means of a valve, the valve body of which in the bypass line is connected to an actuating element which divides an actuation chamber into two chambers which are sealed off from one another and can be displaced in the actuation chamber, one of the two chambers being connected to the pressure line downstream of a restrictor point via a line, while the other chamber is connected with a line to the pressure line which branches off from the pressure line upstream of the restrictor point, in order to avoid a separate restrictor point it is proposed that the restrictor point be formed by an injector for sucking in a cleaning chemical.
