2-LAYER PREFORM MOLDING APPARATUS FOR INJECTION DRAWING BLOW MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus which facilitates the molding of a 2-layer preform by arranging dies for molding an inner layer in parallel outside an injection mold closing with a neck die and a core die clamper with an exchange means above the dies. CONSTITUTION:A die clamper 18 is provided covering the inside and outside of a transfer disc 16 on the side of the machine at the position of stopping a neck die 17 as an injection molding section A of a molding machine. A first die 29 for molding an inner layer preform 2 about an injection core 31 by closing it with the injection core outside the transfer disc 16 and a second die 30 for molding an outer layer preform 3 in the entire perimeter of the neck die 17 and the inner layer preform 2 in parallel on a die clamping plate 28. A hydraulically- operated core die clamper 19 is arranged above these dies as equipped with a lift plate 32 and a rotating plate 33 for inserting the injection cores 31 and 31 alternately from above and a rotary driver 34.
