The mechanical filter includes sequential torsion oscillators with coupling wires of about 1/4 of the wavelength. The oscillating elements are folded into two or three levels. The oscillating elements (R1-R11) are arranged in three levels (A3,4,5). Elements on the same level are linked by coupling wires (V) in a forward direction, whilst elements in different levels are linked by coupling wires (Z) in reverse directions.
