A lifting frame for training and therapy purposes which can be assembled in varying overall height for adaptation to preset headroom. In this arrangement, the toothed racks of the vertical struts are composed of different segments. An implement-carrier plane is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the vertical struts. Various attachments which enable the lifting frame to be adapted to the various fields of application can be mounted on the implement-carrier plane.
