A hot air dispenser (1) of this kind has an air inlet channel (2), an air outlet channel (3) and a connecting channel (4); these channels have walls formed by flat surfaces and form a single duct, in which a fan (6) is also arranged. The connecting channel (4) can have a greater height than the air inlet and air outlet channels (2,3). The interior wall of the two channels (2,3) can be formed as an inclined flat surface (5). Effective heating of the air flowing through the duct is achieved at low cost of material, owing to the U-shape of the duct. <IMAGE>
