PURPOSE:To enable high precise measurement by stabilizing a power source, by a method wherein a part of luminous flux emitted from a light source is guided to a spectroscope while the greater part of residual luminous flux is incident to a solar cell and the power source battery of a light measuring circuit is charged by the output of said cell. CONSTITUTION:A part of light emitted from the light source 2 in a light source chamber 1 is condensed onto the incident slit 4 of a spectroscope 11 through a condensing lens 3 while the residual light is incident to a solar cell 5 attached to the wall surface of the light source chamber 1. The output of said solar cell is applied to both ends of a power source battery through a diode 6 and a charging protecting resistor 7 and the electric power thereof is supplied to a light measuring circuit 10 through a switch 9. Therefore, the power source 8 is kept stable and high precise measurement is enabled. |
