摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an output drop and an engine stop from occurring with certainty, by providing a torque controlling fuel limiter engaged with a governor, while changing a reduction clutch device over to the large reduction gear ratio side through a reduction clutch selector valve in time of excessive torque detection. CONSTITUTION:When an excessive torque is imposed on an engine, a speed of rotation gets dropping by degrees so that a flyweight 4 is closed and simultaneously a sleeve 5 and a fork lever end part 8a are shifted in an arrow F direction whereby a rack 6 is also shifted to the injection quantity increment side together with both a link 7 and a fork lever 8. On the other hand, a fuel limit lever 11 engages with an engaging pin of the fork lever 8 and rotates clockwise along with the lever 8 when an interval between end parts 8a and 11a of these levers 8 and 11 are opened wide until an adapter spring 12 does not operate. And, an upper end part 16 forces a rod 18 to thrust at the side of an arrow A against the force of a torque spring 24, thus a solenoid valve 36 is energized with current and a clutch device is changed over to the large reduction gear ratio side.
