The present invention relates to a warm water flowmeter with direct recording of the heat quantity, consisting of an impeller, which can be set rotating by the flowing warm water and is operationally connected to a counter. In order to be able in the most direct way to carry out recording of the heat quantity of the warm water led through such a flowmeter independently of temperature fluctuations, it is provided within the scope of the present invention that a steplessly adjustable transmission whose adjusting member is acted on by a thermostat that is in thermal contact with the flowing warm water is arranged between the impeller and the counter.
