The invention relates to a method for constructing or renewing the roadway surface of reinforced-concrete bridges, according to which the existing surface is first removed and the exposed concrete subbase is then cleaned. Subsequently, the cleaned concrete subbase is coated with a solvent-free plastic adhesive, forming a sealing layer, and a commercially available block pavement is arranged on the sealing and adhesive layer thus formed. <IMAGE>
