PURPOSE:To simply and rapidly perform a bolt test, by detecting the shaft force of a bolt by the nut clamping rotation of a drum due to the forward rotation of a motor while detecting the clamping torque and pin tail breaking torque of a nut by the repulsive force of nut clamping rotation to loose the nut by the reverse rotation of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 14 is forwardly rotated, a sun gear 33 is at first rotated by planetary gears 40, 38 because the rotation load of a torque detecting shaft is smaller than that of a drum 21 and, when the meshing positions of a pin tail 4 and a socket 2 are aligned, the socket 24 comes into the pin tail 4 by a spring 28. Therefore, a nut 8 is clamped by a nut socket 22 and the shaft force of a bolt 1 is detected by the compression of a load cell 19 while the torque detecting shaft 37 is forwardly rotated and the clamping torque of the bolt 1 and the breaking torque of the pin tail 4 are detected by a torque cell 29. The nut 8 is loosen by the reverse rotation of the motor 14. As a result, a bolt test is simply and rapidly performed. |
