JOINING METHOD BY HIGH-FREQUENCY WELDER

PURPOSE:To treat the appearance of a joining part in a beautiful manner by a method wherein a high-frequency welder electrode and a cutter are pushed to a surface material and the cut edge of the surface material is formed as a raised boundary line at the joning place. CONSTITUTION:A welder electrode 5 of a high-frequency welder and a cutter 6 for cutting off a surface material 1 such as vinylchloride etc. at a certain interval between each other are pushed to the surface material 1 and a mat material 2 having a feathered portion on the surface 1 and this surface material 1 are welded and joined. The edge part cut by the cutter 6 adjacent to this welded place 7 is raised against the mat material 2 and forms a boundary line 9 raised out of the joining place 7 so that the appearance of the joining part is treated in a beautiful manner.
