PURPOSE:To form efficiently or easily a jag shape on the tip in the end part of a blank material for fastening tool such as a bolt or the like supported by a die by supporting said tip with a kick-out pin, exerting pressure on the other end part by means of a punch and forming the jag shape with a jag die formed to >=1 of the die, kick-out pin or punch. CONSTITUTION:A blank material 1 for fastening tool such as a bolt, screw or the like is inserted into a die 4 and is received by a kick-out pin 12. A pressing device 18 of a punch device 15 is then started so that the jag die 16a of a punch 16 presses strongly the tip of the material 1 supported by the die 4 and the pin 12. The jag shape 1a reflecting the shape of the jag is engraved on the tip of the blank material 101 pressed by the die 16a. The device 15 moves in the direction parting from the material 1 and in succession, the pin 12 extrudes the material 1 perfected with the shape 1a in the die 4 by the operation of a driving device 14. The material 1 grasped by the clip 20 of a transfer device 19 is transferred to the succeeding stage. |
