PURPOSE:To suppress an undesired mode by having different forms or positions for the tip wedge parts of plural slot lines provided to a waveguide. CONSTITUTION:Slot lines 1a-1f are provided to a waveguide 3 along the transmitting direction P of a microwave power, and wedge parts 2a, 2a'-2f, 2f' are formed at open edges of lines 1a-1f respectively. The microwave power of the direction P is converted into a slot line mode through these wedge parts, and the electric power distributed from the closed ends of the lines 1a-1f is transmitted to a microwave semiconductor element, etc. via a lead wire, etc. The different forms or positions of the wedge parts produce different phase relations for undesired standing waves reflected at the wedge parts. Thus these standing waves are eliminated with each other. |
