PURPOSE:To eliminate adverse effect of non-linear characteristic of electromagnet and realize the control of stabilized supporting in the air by setting a command current to be applied to an electromagnet to a value obtained by subtracting a value, a square of the value obtained by dividing a current feedback signal with a detection displacement X from a control current command. CONSTITUTION:An input signal to a current converter 7 is set to a value obtained by subtracting a value If2 which is equal to a square value in the multiplier 12 of the value obtained by dividing a current feedback signal If1 with a detection displacement x in the divider 11, from an output Is of a PID adjusting meter 6. Thereby, a square value of (current/displacement) is directly fed back and responds quicker than the loop of displacement signal x fed back through the real process block 8. Thereby, the non-linear characteristic between I-F can be cancelled each othr out. |
