FRAME PROFILE ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a frame profile assembly for frame top pieces and/or frame side pieces, whereby each assembly extends along an outer side of the frame and along an inwardly directed side of the frame extending from said outer side. In order to permit quick and simple mounting of such assemblies and provide an assembly which eliminates the requirement for holes for screws or nails for its mounting, the frame profile assembly according to the invention is characterized by the fact that each assembly comprises two seperate profile members having cooperating coupling portions which connect the profile members to each other and which, through hooked end portions hooked to one or more brackets, provide the only means to retain the assembly in position and together form a downwardly directed shield.
