PURPOSE:To make the production easy and to lower the cost of the production, by applying a pressure bonding preventive material on parts of one metal plate by printing in such a way that the applied material forms tapered patterns, the parts corresponding to a circuit, press bonding another metal plate on the first mentioned metal plate, and applying air pressure to the printed circuit to expand it thereby forming a closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:By printing, a pressure bonding preventive material is applied to parts of the first metal plate such as an aluminium plate whose surfaces have been cleaned, which parts corresponds to the intended closed circuit 13, the second clean metal plate is placed on the first metal plate, and they are rolled under high pressure so that parts of the first metal plate other than the parts where the pressure bonding preventive material has been applied are bonded to the second metal plate to constitute a main body 12. Thereafter by high air pressure the printed circuit is expanded to form the closed circuit 13 between the two metal plates. As the printed parts of the pressure bonding preventive material for passages 13 of the closed circuit 13 have tapered patterns, the expanded circuit comprises a circuit having inclinations toward a header section 13a, and therefore a gravity circulating type heat panel can be readily produced. |
