PURPOSE:To perform uniform diffusion lighting and regular reflection lighting by one device by making light from a light source selectively incident to incident terminals of the 1st and the 2nd optical fiber bodies for the uniform diffusion lighting and regular reflection lighting. CONSTITUTION:When a vibrating mirror 7 is vibrated to scan light from a lamp 6, the light enters both optical fiber bodies 8 and 9 on time-division basis. The light output of the optical fiber body 9 illuminates a milky acrylic plate 2 through a transparent acrylic plate 3 and is diffused inside in every direction. Only the component of light illuminating the body 1 to be inspected which is at a position of regular reflection to a photodetecting element 11 passes through a light guiding-out hole 5 and the unevenness of the surface of the body becomes remarkably conspicuous. On the other hand, light from the optical fiber body 8 which is diffused in every direction for only (n) pieces is further diffused uniformly by the milky acrylic plate 2 to illuminate the body 1; even if the surface of the body 1 has unevenness, inspection is carried out without any influence of the unevenness. |
