PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency, by processing and carrying out a plurality of works to be carried in one by one in the lump. CONSTITUTION:When works M are carried in a mounting jig 1 on a chain 4 from a carrying-in conveyor 5 one by one, the mounting jig 1 is lowered every time the work M is carried in and five works M are piled up on the moutning jig 1, a holding cylinder 8 is extended and the work M is held and clamped by a holding component 7. Then a drill 9 is ascended and each of the works M is drilled. When drilling is completed, clamping due to a clamping device 6 is released, a carrying conveyor 10 is turned for one pitch of a carrying claw, five mortise grooves are machined simultaneously on the work M by a cutter 12. As mentioned above, as the works M are pilled up in turn due to their empty weights and the mounting jig 1 is desended stair by stair, positions of the works do not slip at the time of loading of the work M and processing can be made highly accurately and effectively as drilling is done at a time. |
