PURPOSE:To eliminate the conventional complicated operation by reversing a discharge scraper for a fixed period of time to put out the discharge scraper positioned in a discharge gate from the discharge gate, and automatically giving a close command to the discharge gate after stopping. CONSTITUTION:In a silo discharge device, in order to put out a discharge scraper 1 positioned in a discharge gate 2 from the discharge gate 2, the rotary scraper 1 is reversed for a fixed period of time, and after the scraper 1 is stopped, a close command is automaticaly given to the discharge gate 2. The closing of the gate is detected by a limit switch to complete interlocking operation on the completion of closing. Thus, there is provided an interlocking circuit where characteristics of the discharge device are adopted efficiently, which can eliminate complicated operation as compared with independent operation of each device. The device is assuredly interlocked to avoid an ommision of operation. It is effective for the case where the visibility is poor in remote manipulation. As the reversing time is arbitrarily set by a timer, it is easily set according to a mechanical return of the scraper 1. |
