PURPOSE:To attain simple and sure read gate with a single power supply by switching a magnetic head sensor voltage at write/read and switching also the direction of bias of a diode. CONSTITUTION:A write signal (a) turns on a transistor (TR) Q1 at write, and write data c, c' turn respectively on/off TRs Q3, 4 and a write current flows to a magnetic head 1. The anode of input side diodes D1, D2 of a read circuit 2 is brought into nearly 0 volt in this case, a potential divided by resistors R3, R4 is impressed to the cathode, the diodes D1, D2 are biased reversely and the effect of the write current is not delivered to the read circuit 2. A TRQ2 is turned on by a read signal (b) at read, a center voltage of the magnetic head 1 becomes a potential divided by resistors R1, R2, the diodes D1, D2 are biased forward and the read-out data is inputted to the read circuit 2. As a result, the simple and sure read gate is obtained by a single power supply. |
