PURPOSE:To decrease the width of fluctuation in the oscillated frequency and to design the circuit hardly affected by the temperature drift by constituting the circuit so as to control the respective switching operation of the 1st and 2nd differential switch means by an output of a differential amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The titled oscillating circuit is provided with a differential amplifier circuit with differential amplification between a potential VB at a point B as shown in Fig. taken as a reference potential and a charging potential VA of a capacitor 35 taken as a comparison input. Then, the output of this differential amplifier circuit controls the switching operation of transistors(TRs) 31, 32 controlling charge/discharge of the capacitor 35 and the switching operation of TRs 36, 37 switching the potential VB at the point B in Fig. Thus, the oscillating circuit which is hardly affected with the fluctuation of power supply voltage and the forward voltage drop between the base and emitter of the TRs, has a small fluctuation width of the oscillating frequency, is hardly affected by the temperature drift and suitable for the operation under a low voltage, is obtained through the constitution above. |
