PURPOSE:To display a picture of high quality with low cost by displaying a signal read from one line memory and a correlating signal of two line memories read out next as two scanning lines during one horizontal scanning period. CONSTITUTION:At least three line memories 1-3 are used for R, G, B demodulating signals of the chroma signals and a luminance signal from a television signal inputted from an antenna. The read from the line memories 1-3 is switched and controlled at 1/2H period, the correlation of content of two memories is taken so as to display two adjacent scanning lines at 1H period. Thus, two-times line display is attained at one field and the picture with high quality without flickering is obtained. |
