PURPOSE:A coffee composition for improving taste and nutrition with reducing the ill effects of coffee, obtained by blending roasted coffee beans with dried and roasted malt of beer barley and dried and roasted soybean sprouts. CONSTITUTION:For example, 40-60wt% roasted coffee beans is blended with 30-50wt% dried and roasted malt of beer barley, and 5-15wt% dried and roasted soybean sproute, to give the desired coffee composition. |
