CONSTITUTION:In preparing a food of rocket packaging to subject ingredients and a seasoning solution to rocket packaging, a solid or pasty seasoning containing >=50wt% fats and oils is put on the bottom of a rocket packaging material, ingredients such as edible wild plants, bean sprouts, male fern, Korean pickles, etc. are packed into the rocket packaging material, water or salt water is fed to it, and the packaging material is sealed hermetically. If necessary, it is sterilized under heating, to give the desired food of rocket packaging.</p> |
