PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregular rotation of a motor at the initial of starting the motor by connecting a diode in parallel with a responding speed regulating capacitor connected in parallel with a resistor for detecting a voltage or a current. CONSTITUTION:The impedance of a motor M varies in response to the rotating speed, and voltage and current detecting resistors RA, RB and TR detect the variation in the impedances. An error amplifier OP controls transistors TR1, TR2 in response to the deviation between the voltage difference across the resistor RA and the voltage difference across the resistor (r) due to the current of a constant current power source S. The variation in the voltage difference of a resistor TR is smoothed at the time of energizing the power source, and a capacitor C1 is inserted to match the responding speed of governing control to the responding speed of the motor. Further, to prevent the voltage of the terminal (a) from largely decreasing directly after the power source is energized, a diode D is connected in parallel with the condenser C1. |
