The invention relates to a method for attaching antigens or antibodies onto surfaces or particles, and their stabilisation by encapsulation into protective gels. The reagents used are crosslinking agents for attaching biological products onto particles or surfaces, and polyalcohols and/or proteins for their stabilisation. The method described relates particularly to immunoadsorbents for immunofluorescence and/or agglutination reactions on serological multiwell plates.
