The invention concerns a hinge pin formed from two half-pins 1 to be fixed to a joinery leaf and 2 to be fixed to the frame. The bottom 44 is pierced on the side with an orifice 45 which allows the wood-treatment product to be expelled. After drying, the hole 45 remains blocked and the female half-pin 2 can contain lubricant. The lower end of the pin 5 bears on the bottom 44, even if it has been cut at the level of the groove 42 in order to lower the leaf. In order to raise the leaf, spacer washers are interposed between the two shoulders 48 and 53. Application: hinge pins allowing a prefabrication of joinery fitments in the workshop and a height adjustment of the leaf on the work site. <IMAGE>
