Device characterised in that the tractor a comprises a front bracket 2 provided with a boss 4 and a rear bracket 5 provided with a cavity 6 and a guide pin 7, and in that the front shovel b comprises a pin 20 provided on a chassis 13 connecting a lifting arm 8 to a cylinder 16 for lifting the shovel b, a U-shaped guide 25 and a foot 28 at the end of a lateral arm 21, and means of attachment 30 of the arm 21 to the bracket 2, the pin 20 of the shovel b lodging in the cavity 6, and the guide 25 lodging in the boss 4 in order to couple the shovel b to the tractor a by operating the cylinder 16. c.
