PURPOSE:To investigate the cause of control abnormality efficiently by allowing a computer for control to verify itself. CONSTITUTION:When a test selection switch 2 is turned on, a check routine 5 checks the contents of an RAM and an LED part 4 displays the check result. The on-off operation of the switch 2 is judged by the judgement block in software 3; when the switch is off, a normal control routine (e.g. crain) is executed, and when on, the check routine is executed. This check is for an RAM and an output function. When the RAM is checked, the fault of the RAM of a microcomputer 6 is extracted, and if the fault is detected, the control is transferred to a processing block side to perform LED display. When the output function is checked, the fault of an output substrate is extracted repeatedly through a test output and the decision on it is made visually by an operator. |
