<p>A fascia-gutter system has a series of fascia brackets (13) fixed to the rafters (11) of a building structure (10) to support a roll-formed metal fascia (26) snapped onto the brackets (13). The top portion (32) of the fascia (26) supports the roofing tiles (12) and the bottom portion (35) supports the soffit (39). A tunnel formation (28) having opposed channels (30, 31) releasably supports the backing plates (41) of a series of mounting brackets (40) locked into the fascia. Releasably engageable formations (42, 45) are provided on the backing plate (41) and on flanges (43) of the mounting bracket. Similar formations (49, 58) are also provided on mounting plate (48). The mounting brackets (40) support respective gutter brackets (47) at selective relative heights to provide the desired fall to a gutter (60) supported by the brackets (47). Datum markings on the gutter brackets (47) allow the fall to be accurately set. </p> |
