In the case of this turbo engine, the fixed or flexible body-like rotary blades or surfaces of revolution of which rotate about vertical or horizontal axes, the setting angles of the respective surfaces of revolution are always optimally aligned in relation to the flow resistance by means of the fixed or rotating cam discs pivotally connected to them. In order to considerably reduce the otherwise usual counterflow resistance of surfaces of revolution or the like during rotation, the paired bogies composed of oval-tubed longitudinal and transverse struts indirectly fixed to the rigid vertical axis or to the hollow shaft accommodate the surfaces of revolution correspondingly carried in the respective longitudinal struts and controlled by means of the cam discs, their extended surfaces or their retracted or inserted residual surfaces being subjected to the flow pressure according to the cyclical flow. For the purpose of tubular flow-free marine use, a plurality of turbo engines are longitudinally coupled by force closure by way of the horizontally swivel-mounted hollow shafts, a floating and submersible buoyancy element fixed to the unit platform being provided.
