<p>PURPOSE:To detect the frosting and dewing state quickly, to make it possible to detect the frosting and dewing state stably for a long time, and to enhance durability, by including a phthalocyanine pigment in an organic macromolecular coating film. CONSTITUTION:On an alumina substrate 1, a conductive paste including Au and glass frit is printed and burned, and facing electrodes 2 are formed. A paste comprising BaTiO3 and an organic vehicle is printed so as to coat the facing electrodes. After burning, a sintered body layer 3 of BaTiO3 is formed. Said sintered BaTiO3 body has a porosity of 40% but does not have organic components. In a solution, wherein 2.5wt% ethyl cellulose is dissolved in alpha-terpineol 10-100ppm of a phthalocyanine green pigment is added. The solution is applied to a humidity sensitive part comprising BaTiO3 by using a rotary applying device. After drying, an ethyl cellulose coating film 4, to which the phthalocyanine pigment is added, is formed. By adding 10-100ppm of the phthalocyanine green pigment to the ethyl cellulose, both durability and a yield rate are improved.</p> |
