PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of a roving bobbin attached to a creel part, and to obtain a uniform product, by attaching a barrier wall surrounding a creel part, and injecting air stream having proper temperature and humidity into the space surrounded by the wall. CONSTITUTION:The creel part 3 at the top of the spinning machinery 1 such as fine spinning frame is surrounded by a barrier wall 6, and a nozzle 7a for ejecting air stream having proper temperature and humidity is attached in the space surrounded by the wall. Preferably a detector 8 for detecting the temperature and humidity of the air is placed in the space, and the temperature and humidity of the air jet are controlled to the proper values according to the signal transmitted from the detector 8. |
