<p>An illuminated gunsight (10) adapted to be fixedly engageable with a firearm (1) having existing sighting means (2), said gunsight (10) comprising illumination means (59) which are moveable relative to said existing sighting means (2) with the illumination means (59) being electrically actuated by movement thereof into proper aiming position and relationship with said existing sighting means (2).
