The invention relates to the production of a rigid-foam panel of this kind, in particular with a heat-reflective layer, in particular metal coating, arranged on the panel side having the channels, the foam being foamed in a closed mould and remaining there until curing in the mould which has mould ribs arranged and formed on one mould side corresponding to the channels to be formed. To improve said production such that, while increasing the dimensional stability of the panel, in particular a simplification of the production of panels having arcuate channels can be achieved, it is proposed first of all to form channels (3), corresponding to the particular channel profile and channel path required, in particular by thermoforming, in a stiff plastic sheet (1) which can be formed without cutting to form relatively stable structures, simultaneously to form inwardly projecting pipeline-retainer detent lugs (5) arranged at a distance one behind the other on the channel side walls in the longitudinal extent of the channels (3), and to foam the foam (2) on the reverse side of the plastic sheet permanently formed in this manner. <IMAGE>
