PURPOSE:To provide the titled roll capable of reducing the numbers of parts without generating the ink diffusion between colors, constituted so as to respectively fix porous bodies impregnated with two kinds or more of color inks to each spiral groove of a roll main body having a plurality of screws provided to the outer periphery thereof by engraving. CONSTITUTION:An ink roll 5 is rotated to the direction shown by the arrow D at the same peripheral speed as a platen 16 and tumbled while the spiral porous bodies 4a, 4b, 4c of the roll 5 are respectively brought into contact with a plurality of the spiral ink transfer ribs 16a of the platen 16. Each color ink exuded from each of the spiral porous bodies 4a, 4b, 4c is successively adhered to a plurality of the ink transfer ribs 16a of the platen 16. The porous bodies 4a, 4b, 4c are held in and certainly fixed to a plurality of the screw grooves provided to the roller 5 by engraving. |
