The hybridomas are formed by fusion of spleen cells of an animal previously immunised against the polio virus corresponding to "C" antigenicity and appropriate myelomatous cells, then by selection of those of the hybridomas secreting antibodies active both against the polio virus with "C" and "D" antigenicity and against the structural peptide of capside VP1.
