PURPOSE:To prevent a lateral vibration and to transfer exactly a vertical vibration by making shape of a body for supporting a center conical pedestal shape. CONSTITUTION:The body 7 for supporting a center is formed at inner bottom surface of a case 1 in one body, and the shape is made to conical pedestal shape. A metallic vibration plate 4 and a piezo-electric ceramic 5 are supported by the body 7. Since the body 7 is made to conical pedestal shape in such a way, the lateral vibration can be prevented, and the abnormal resonance vibration and the spriousness can be decreased. The vertical vibration can be transferred exactly and the efficiency for conversion from the vertical vibration to the electrical signal is improved. Thereby, the lateral vibration of engine, etc. can be prevented, and the vertical vibration can be transferred exactly. |
