PURPOSE:To equalize the distribution of waste gas in the flow path as well as smoothly flow the waste gas by a method in which the path of waste gas is shaped into a horizontal transverse form, and a vibrator is attached to the downside of the path and vibrated slantly upwards. CONSTITUTION:Particles 4 are supplied from a supply port 14 into the path 11 of waste gas and the path 11 is vibrated in the direction of arrow by a vibrator 19, whereupon the particles 4 are sent to a discharge port 15 while being scattered slantly upwards on a ventilating plate 16 and a dust plate 17. Under the condition, when waste gas is sent from an air supply port 12, the waste gas passes through the particles 4 through the ventilating plate 16 to a wind outlet 13 while being heated by the heat pipe 2 and the particles 4. During the period, in the heat radiation section of the heat pipe 2 heated by direct contact of heated particles 4 and the waste gas, the conductance of heat is made to a heat recovery medium passing a heat recovery path 18. Also, when the waste gas passes through the particles 4, dust in the waste gas is arrested and dropped from the dust plate 17 to a dust chute 20. |
